Role Title: Creative Marketing & Growth Strategist, Entertainment (Summer 2026)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Growth Intern to support day-to-day marketing execution and business growth initiatives.
This is a hands-on, short-term internship where you will work directly with the founder on real client campaigns across creative and digital industries. You’ll gain experience in both content marketing and how a growing marketing business acquires and manages clients.
What You’ll Do
This role is designed to provide exposure to both marketing execution and business growth. Intern will work on a rotating set of priorities each week, focusing on a few key tasks at a time to ensure high-quality work and a manageable workload.
📱 Marketing & Content Support (Primary Focus)
- Assist with social media video editions
- Draft and format captions aligned with brand voice
- Support content planning and idea generation
- Organize and manage digital assets (images, video, documents)
- Compile basic performance reports (engagement, reach, analytics)
🌱Growth & Business Development Support (Secondary Focus)
- Research potential clients (brands, creators, and companies)
- Identify relevant contacts and outreach opportunities
- Track outreach efforts and responses using simple systems (Google Sheets or CRM)
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in marketing, social media, and content creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Interest in creative industries (entertainment, media, lifestyle, etc.) is a plus
- Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media tools
- Creative thinker who is comfortable sharing ideas and contributing proactively
- Confident communicator with interest in public speaking, networking, and representing the brand in a professional manner

Program Details
